Any button can be pretty on its own, but grouped together to form one big letter, button monograms stand out like no other. Whether they are made of shimmering vintage mother of pearl, celluloid or plastic, a handmade button monogram draws the eye with its beautiful button glow! Hang it on a wall or prop it on a shelf, it's a unique way to personalize your space.

I do not use glue. Each button is sewn into place by hand using a strong embroidery floss. I then wrap the fabric and button monogram around an art panel or canvas. In the case of this letter 'S', I created a rounded panel to fit this black frame which is approximately 13 1/2" high by 11 1/2" wide. The frame is included in the price.

CUSTOM ORDERS -- PLEASE READ: I can do just about any letter style so just ask for samples. I used a red dupioni silk with vintage mother of pearl buttons to create this letter 'S' but would be happy to customize your order to any silk or button color that will fit your decor.
