She is made from European cotton tricot firmly stuffed with clean Australian sheeps wool. Due to her natural stuffing Ellie will warm up when hugged and "hug you back".
Her head is formed according to traditional Waldorf doll making principles. Her simple features are hand embroidered.
Her arms and legs are movable.
Ellie's hair is pure wool. Each strand sewn securely to her headd and is able to be finger combed into many different styles.
Ellie is dressed in a cotton pillowcase style top and a pair of funky jeans. She wears cotton undies and wool felt shoes.
