The spoon featured here would be perfect for stirring and tasting. It has a nice curve to the handle which favors right-handed users.
Overall length is 12 1/2" with the bowl measuring 3' x 1 1/2". The depth is about 5/8".
It has been sanded to the proverbial silky smooth feel and treated with beeswax and mineral oil.
Hand wash and dry, don't leave soaking in water or put in the dishwasher!
Oil occasionally and enjoy many years of use.
