This is a fun, colourful little tunic top, which I designed myself. I adapted the basic body block for a little girl and inserted the pleated skirt at a horizontal angle for visual interest. The neckline is slashed, and sleeves are 3/4 length. The floral fabric is 'On a Whim II' by Amy Schimler for Robert Kaufman, with co-ordinating 100% cotton turquoise fabric.
