The smallest member of our owl family, Ono Owl is made of quilter’s muslin that has been painted and sanded, then painted and sanded again, giving the fabric a rich patina that feels like old leather. All the details are entirely painted (not drawn with pens or pencils) using acrylic paint and teeny tiny paintbrushes. Her hand-carved feet are made of wood. I attached a copper loop on back so you can hang her up.
Like all of our pieces, this one was entirely made by our own hands.
Individually sewn, drawn, and painted, Ono Owl is made in a limited edition of 9.
Each piece is signed, dated, and numbered by us, Dylan and Jo.
The exact piece pictured has been sold, but we've already begun work on the LAST one in the series. It will look very much like the one pictured, but allow for minor differences since they are all hand painted. Once payment is received, please give us about a week to finish it for you.
