This beautiful handmade, handwoven beaded necklace creation was crafted for the May challenge theme: Lord of the Rings. Hand weaved multicolored 3 dimensional body is combined with free form netting, leaves and large beads. A very dynamic design with the lines and colors that seem to be in constant motion and interacting with each other.
The ring symbolizes the "One Ring" to rule the other "Rings of Power" as the ultimate weapon in the Dark Lord Sauron's campaign to conquer and rule all of Middle-earth. The visual impact reflects the power emanating from the wearing of this fabulous necklace. The spiral of energy is expanding and rotating outward to capture its wearer just prior to them becoming invisible.
Its non - symmetrical lines and shapes go very well with a one shoulder dress or contemporary geometrical style outfits. The dimensions are 15" long from clasp to the bottom of the front, the front component itself is 7 1/2" long, the ring is 3' diameter.
