Should fit around the shoulders of a size small/medium. I had a hard time getting it to stay up on my mannequin without arms :) Come up with even more ways to wear it - use your imagination!
Length 6.5 inches, width 16 inches laying flat.
Hand washing recommended. Lay flat to dry. Resist wringing to dry.
