To apply as an eyeliner:
Place a small amount of the powder onto a clean dry surface or the lid of the jar. Dampen an angled shadow brush slightly and then work the tips of the bristles into your powder. The dampness will help your shadow go on easily like traditional liner.
Test the color and texture of the damp powder on the back of your hand, adding more makeup or water as needed. Begin applying your eyeliner shadow at the outer corner of the eye, working just below the lash line.
But you don't have to stop there...this colour can be used as a dry eyeshadow or for nail polish. If you still want the drama, follow the step to make the eyeliner but apply all over your lid.
