In and out of this once-bustling mill town was a once-bustling train service. This train took people from remote parts of Maine to burgeoning cities like New York, Philadelphia and Boston. Many feet scuffled through those station doors, many suitcases and bags moved onto those trains and many summer nights were filled with the lonely sound of the whistle. Now, this station lays still and vacant. The paint is faded and the track dead ends. No one is there to call "all aboard" and no one is left to get aboard...

This photo image measures 5" x 7" on 8" x 10" paper. All photos are printed on Epson Ultra Premium Matte paper. Printed using Vivera inks, these prints are bright, vibrant and fade resistant (if not hung in direct sunlight). Each photo is signed and dated on the front and will be shipped in a cellophane sleeve with a cardboard backer in a stiff mailer so it's perfect when it arrives. (NOTE: Photo color may differ slightly from screen image.)
