can fit SMALL, MEDIUM, or LARGE... the design of the skirt allows for flexibility. Ties in center back.

waist ~ up to 36"
hips ~ open
All fabric has been pre-washed, all seams are serged. Top stitch when needed. machine wash gentle cycle, line dry.
