In southeast Alaska, Rainier is the cheap beer of choice. Nicknames include "Vitamin R" and "Rain-Dogg." It isn't an Alaska bonfire party without a sixer of Rainier tall-boys (and pallets to burn)! I made Rain-Dogg to sneak in just *that* much more Alaska Party into my life, and now I want to share the party with you! Luckily, beer in soap is known to be conditioning to the skin. The soap doesn't smell like beer, but like the yummy orange essential oil I used. I also added oatmeal for extra conditioning properties. Mmmm...you may want to consume this soap, but I wouldn't suggest it.

I try to use organic ingredients whenever possible for my soap, because I want all of the ingredients to be nourishing for your skin and the earth. The only real chemical in the soap is sodium hydroxide, which is necessary because soap is not soap without it!

The size, shape, and color may vary, due to the handcrafting of the soap. It comes wrapped in fun, colorful paper, sealed with Japanese washi tape. I enjoy fun packaging and I hope you feel the same about your soap!
