Each bead is slightly different, with varying shades of green and turquoise. The beads are sealed in lacquer and rubbed with preservation wax to preserve the patina treatment and add durability.
Because the beads are hollow, patina does develop inside of them and sometimes this dried patina will come out through the holes during shipping, however, I have found once the beads are worked into a secure design there is no more patina powder to contend with.
You receive 6 - 10mm Verdigris Patina beads in this listing. Please allow for slight variations in your set of beads as the patinas develop differently and the bead themselves are handmade.
