Suitable for day or evening, the sweet Lucy style dress is comprised of a fine linen or linen blend knit with rich navy blue color and decorative white “twirly loop” cording all along the neckline (front and back) and down the bodice, along with corded applique at the hips with long fringed tassel trim.
It has a scooped neckline, cap sleeves, and soft billowy skirt. There are also two woven string belt loops (no belt), and hidden metal side zipper.
