I created this piece by taking a beautiful copper luster smoke-fired 40mm donut created by Etsy's own Kristie Roeder of http://artisanclay.etsy.com . Using my favorite beadweaving stitch, peyote, I wove one of my foldover triangle bails for the donut in matte sage. I usually work with Miyuki delica beads, but I decided to try something different this time: 3mm bugle beads by the same company. That was fun! The bugle beads resulted in a more elongated version of my bail and that seemed to call for some extra play, so I turned the triangles into long (leaf-like) diamonds with a little extra stitchery. The pendant (including bail) is just over 1.5" wide and just under 3" long.
I've strung the pendant on a Jamnglass - http://www.etsy.com/people/Jamnglass - rusty-colored silk ribbon that is almost a yard long. This can be tied to whatever length suits you best. You can, of course, always put the pendant on a copper chain instead.

This necklace will be shipped in an elegant gift box using First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. You can upgrade to Priority Mail for $3 by leaving a request in the "Message to Seller" box of the purchase order; wait for an amended invoice.
