Vintage milk glass compote with wide rib pattern. This opaque white compote is composed of heavy glass and measures 6 1/2” tall and 5 ¼” across the widest point. The interior of the dish is about 4 3/4” deep and stand on a 2 ¾” tall pedestal. This piece is in good vintage condition with no chips, no cracks, only one small 1/8” scuff on the bowl portion of the compote dish (see detail photo). There is a fantastic vertical rib pattern on this piece. There is no maker’s mark on this piece. Fill this vintage compote dish with lovely blooms, fruit or candy. This charming milk glass compote is vintage, yet has a very modern aesthetic. Shipping insurance is suggested.
