I love tinajones (earthn jars) which are typical in Cuba (actually in the Camaguey region) and I love bougainvellias as well. So this joy filled painting reminds me of that feeling of peace and tranquility when you finally arrive home. Wherever that may be!

About the artist:
Maria Soto Robbins (art-by-msr) is a Cuban-American artist living in South Florida. She is primarily a self-taught, impressionistic painter and loves to use oils. She paints scenes from her native Cuba, and also uses the local colors, the vegetation and cultural elements in her work. She's a member of uwibetsyteam, EBSQart, Art Divas, The Artists Gallery, Daily Painters International Art Gallery, and currently sells her original and affordable works of art on Etsy and Ebay. Her work can be found in private collections worldwide and throughout the U.S
