It's made from real hockey sticks showing the wear and tear of actually playing hockey. It incorporates the shaft of a goalie stick as the backer, a hockey puck on each end, and three different hockey stick blades as the coat hooks! All of these sticks have been used in real life and capture the true essence of the spirit of hockey.*
For the sake of shipping, the coat rack will require some small assembly, but I've pre-drilled each hole and labeled each stick blade so you will have no problem putting them in the right order. (Assembly is accomplished by driving 6 screws)
The coat rack is 25" wide and the coat "hooks" come out from the wall approximately 12". There are keyhole slots routed in the back for mounting on the wall. I would suggest mounting this directly into studs, or sturdy drywall anchors. Although I have routed the keyholes to a standard 16" center, if you send me the dimensions of your studs I would be happy to route keyholes to your exact measurements.
This very unique coat tree is for all of those hockey fans (nuts-like me) out there! It's truly one of a kind!
