Vintage 1980 Toddlers' Jiffy Dress and Bloomers: The lined "one-piece" dress with shoulder straps criss-crossed in back and buttoned to front has matching bloomers with elastic casing at waistline and at leg edges, forming self ruffles. V. 1 has embroidered eyelet edging. V. 2 has rick-rack. Scans are of actual pattern. Envelope is lightly tanned and bumped at the corners.
