This modern clock uses material cutouts to depict numbers in a variety of ways (standard, written, and roman numeral). The purpose of the missing material is to allow the color(s) behind the clock to show through creating a more integrated wall feature. It also features background pieces which can be colored differently than the foreground for more contrast.
This clock is primarily made out of steel and it uses aluminum rivets as hour markers. The time piece is a standard quartz clock movement which requires 1 AA battery (not included).
