A complete makeover has given the entire piece a fresh modern look. The original finish has been sanded, with just a hint remaining, which gives the sturdy oak a wonderful distressed look. The seat has been recovered with a remnant from an antique European grain sack in shades of ecru with a bold blue stripe.
The stool dates from the early 1900's and the grain sack remnant dates from the 1930's.
Overall dimensions are 17" tall by 18" wide by 13" deep (front to back).
We take great care in choosing vintage fabric that is as pristine as possible. We clean and press all fabrics prior to use, however due to the age of the fabric some character flaws may exist. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
