The yarns in this shawl I hand dyed using yellow onion skins... they yeld a lovely golden color tha tis very colorfast and easy to obtain by simply boiling the dry peels you collect as cooking leftovers!!
it is completely organic and no chemicals are involved in the process, just heat and onions. the original yarns were creamy white wool, which I dyed before weaving.

15 inches wide
it is really long, almost 2 meters (74 inches) long plus 5 cm of thick fringe on each side...
100% wool, please handwash.
