Dress is decorated with blue black feathery looking flower rosettes with pearl stamen centers. (Flowers are just pinned in place for easy removal when cleaning). A stiff blue with black lace ribbon is belted at waist and this just fastens with sticky velcro at back and adorned with the black silk flower clipped at back. You can affix the velcro tabs more permanently once you know from fitting yourself where they will go.
Beautiful Ruffled shawl style bodice, and the ruffle is repeated at bottom hem. Chest and neckline is a lovely fine netting or mesh material
Model runs approx. sz 5-6 and this is snug. It zips snuggly in waist area as shown and upper part with the fine mesh is designed to be open,but I can't fasten the neckline's hook closure in back. Does not however look so out of place left open as you can see. I estimate it is about a size 4/5 with measurement of mannequin with the dress on, Bust 34", waist 27" but let flat measurements help guide you and compare to your own garment.

Tags read Dance Allure, a division of Alfred Angelo. I do not see any other labels but it is a satiny like material with exception to the netting at bodice and a lovely blue lace trim that accents the ruffle at bodice. Beautiful vintage condition as I see no holes, tears, staining or fading. Dress is modeled with a full crinoline skirt beneath which is NOT included.I have a gorgeous black and blue hat also listed in my booth that would match this dress and has matching blue with black lace ribbon plus feathers.
