We had just driven through St. Louis and were heading west. We passed a small grove of pine trees -- the only bit of color we had seen amid the miles of snowy white. As the sunlight hit those green needles, darkness of night washed away in a flash of soft green.
This is for one food-grade tin of the cocktail rim sugar. The container is 2.8 inches wide and .875 inches high, and holds 2.5 ounces of the sugar crystals.
It is enough to rim 8 to 10 martini glasses. The tin is smaller than the diameter of a standard martini glass.
