Important information regarding your purchase:
Shipping time: Please be aware that I almost always ship using first class USPS mail. USPS defines this shipping as an economical form of shipping that generally takes anywhere between 3-14 days. It has been my experience that most people receive their items within 5-7 days however, you should be aware that it could take longer than this time frame. If you need your item sooner-- I encourage you to purchase the upgrade for priority 3 days or less mailing. You can leave me a note and I will bill you via Etsy seperately for the upgrade. The upgrade to priority shipping is currently $3. All of my shipped items will include mandatory insurance so that you can be assured it will reach you. I do ship internationally but please be aware that first class-parcel post international shipping does not include a tracking number. If you are an international buyer and would like to receive a tracking number for your shipment, you must purchase the upgrade to priority international mail (rates start at $25) as that is the only option via USPS. I am unable to estimate how long a first class/parcel post international item will take to arrive as it has to pass customs and that time varies from shipment to shipment. It has been my experience that most first class/parcel post international items arrive within 2 weeks or less---but again it may take longer, depending upon customs. If you wish to upgrade to priority international shipping please leave me a note and I will bill you via Etsy for the upgrade.
Creation time: All items unless noted are made to order items--meaning that I make the item when the order comes in--therefore, I generally need a few days or so to create the item. I can create items in a relatively short time frame so if you are wondering if I create an item for you before a certain event please don't hesitate to contact me to enquire. If you are in need of a rush order and my store is very busy--I may request an "rush" upcharge fee--which will be worked out with you prior to your purchase. Please contact me to discuss this option if you think you may need this service.
Customization information: Because of the nature of the art itself, your created item may vary slighty from the one depicted in the illustrated photos. If the variance will be noticeable, I will contact you before I create the item so that I am assured of your complete satisfaction.
If you don't see your favorite location(s), tokens, maps, etc... I am pleased to offer customized items using your own maps etc... Please drop me a note to enquire about my ability to create an special item(s) for you using your supplies.
If you have an idea or suggestion for my store regarding a product you would like to see but that I don't have in my store, please let me know. Often times I have or am able to create special items that my past customers have specifically suggested and/or requested. In fact, some of the items I now carry permanently have been drawn from the ideas of my customers.
I can upgrade almost any jewelry item to sterling silver findings. If you don't see what you are looking for in my store, please contact me...chances are I can make the change for you. I can also usually add or subtract to any chain length to suit you better.
Gift presentation: Most of my items come with complimentary, awesome, and completely unique gift packaging. If however you are in need of special gift wrapping to make a statement, I am pleased to offer a special gift wrapping service. This upgraded service includes a box, wrapping, bow/ribbon and a gift card. Please contact me to purchase this upgrade of $4.00. Please note that your shipping cost may also increase due to the accomodation of the special wrapping.
Please let me know if the item you are purchasing is intended for a gift that you would like for me to mail directly to the recepient, so that I can omit any receipts/promotional materials. If I am unclear if the item is intended for another individual besides yourself--there is a possibility a promotional material may be mailed to the recepient unless you specifically tell me that I should omit it.

Due to the nature of the customization of this product it falls under the no refunds, exchanges or return policy that my store has in place. If a repair is necessary, it must be requested within the first 30 days of order. To read my full store policies please refer to the policy section of my store.
I take great pride in my art and strive to create each item with great care, however please consider that you are purchasing a unique and hand-crafted item from a singular - independent artist and not a mass produced product. Therefore I am unable to offer the same refunds, exchanges and returns that a larger brick and mortar store might offer.
