This is a one of a kind blouse that I made from scratch out of a light weight black stretch fabric with a classic houndstooth for the bib and organic cotton for the arm, neck and waistband.
**Please note** I ran out of this exact lace but have a similar one I'll be using. It can also be made without lace or with ric rac. Thanks :)
