This is the Richard Harrington House, located at 141 Federal Street, right in the famous McIntyre District of Salem, Massachusetts! It is a lovely example of Second Empire architecture. The "Second Empire" refers to the the reign of Emperor Napoleon III, when Mansart introduced the hallmark double-pitched roof in his design of the Louvre in France. This style is also sometimes referred to as the Mansard or French Academy style.

Enough about the house--on to this lovely pillow! The image is printed in turquoise blue green ink on silver grey twill. The pillow is made with a crisp pre-washed twill, with an envelope enclosure back. Inside seams are enclosed for a clean edge.

This listing is for the pillow cover only and is 14” X 18”. A 16" X 20" insert is available for an additional $10, to cover the cost of the insert and extra shipping -- please contact me to add the additional cost. This is for US orders only, as international shipping is crazy expensive!

Machine washable on gentle cycle, or for maximum care, handwash only.
Lay flat to dry, warm iron (press cloth recommended).
