Text & Turnaround Time
Once a purchase is made, in the “notes to seller” at checkout, please let me know the EXACT text (if applicable) for your order. If you have ordered an invitation, we will send you a proof within 2-3 business days.
Once the proof is approved, or immediately for non-invitation orders, we perfect your items, print and ship within 3-4 business days. Please allow enough time for this creative process and mailing time! Yes, rush projects can be accommodated, we will work with you!

Shipping & Securing
We ship all orders (domestic and international) USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day domestic arrival time, 6-10 days international). The shipping cost you pay is exactly what we incur: US $5.20 domestic, international varies by country.
Alas, once an order leaves our hands to the care of the USPS, we have no control over it and cannot be responsible for what happens. To this end, we recommend all our clients purchase insurance for their order. Just let us know and we will add it to your shipping (usually a few dollars).
For all of you risk-takers out there, if your package is lost without insurance, we will do a reprint for you at cost (about 60% the listing price).

Product & Portions
We print non-adhesive products (invites and cards) on 100-130# heavy cardstock with 7,600 nozzle commercial invitation printers. Our stickers and labels are printed on quality adhesive paper with the bottle labels being weather- and waterproof. We strive for complete excellence in our product and are proud of everything we produce.
Most of our invitations are 5”x7”, inserts are about 3”x5”, banner circles are 5” diameter, stickers are 2” diameter, water bottle labels are 2” wide, thank you notes are about 3”x5”, party circles and toppers are about 2” diameter, and buffet labels are usually about 3”x5”. Some items vary slightly according to collection.

We work together with our clients to delight them and their guests and create thorough mutual satisfaction. Sensitive situations are extremely rare for us, but if they occur, they will be given our full attention to ensure everyone is happy. Repeat and referral business is the majority of our sales and we want to exceed your expectations. We will take a loss if necessary to accomplish this.
