Bear got very excited. Normally that is a very good thing and this was a normal occasion. But sometimes one can get so excited that forgets what one was excited about in the first place and what to do next.
As the bear was in the phase of no idea and well aware of it, he decided to keep being excited until it comes back to him and continued jumping around the house.
