This fantasy abode is made of artsy driftwood pieces on a turn table base. I try to incorporate the natural holes and crevices into doorways and windows. I have covered each window opening on this one with beautiful goldtone vintage brooches. Additional vintae jewelry decorates the door as hardware. The main roof is slightly swayed giving a whimsical appearance. Chimney and turret are capped with small lotus pods. Hand-painted shingles give an aged look. Landscaped with faux ferns, berries, vines and mushrooms to add to the woodsy look.
I generally furnish my dollhouses, but I left this one unfurnished for those who might want to create their own, or shop for some (there are some adorable selections on Etsy!) OR: For an additional $100, I will custom furnish it for you-
The interior is "carpeted" with soft, fuzzy faux leaves and has a loft, suspended by curvy branches. (I envision a bed in this space).
This is truly a labor of love and took many hours to create. Those of you familiar with my work know the amount of detail and imagination I put into these.
Safe to display outdoors, although I would keep it in a protected area and bring in during harsh winter months.
