This hand-stitched 5.5" x 4.25" notebook is wrapped with a cover made from a vintage 1961 book, "Football" a volume from the Creative Sports Series of the time. This image shows the receiver catching the ball, and keeping his feet in bounds. On the inside of the cover there is another image showing the proper spot to kick the ball for a place kick, as well as partial text.
