I create these tiny party hats using festive paper, wee pieces of elastic thread, and hand felted miniature pom-poms to top them off. They come in sets of six, and are sized perfectly for Barbie and all her party guests. Your package will come with one of each in red, orange, yellow, green, blue and pink. Pom-pom color combinations will vary.
