Adorable Vintage Children's Plastic Plate and Cup Set Treasury Featured

How adorable is this vintage children's plastic plate and cup set featuring the primary colors of blue, red, green, and yellow? The set includes 4 divided plates with 4 matching cups. The plates are divided into 3 parts . . . two smaller portions for your side dishes and one larger portion for the main meal. These plates measure 9" in diameter. The super neat point about this set is the cups. Each cup (measures 3 1/4"h x 2 3/4"w with an extra 3/4" for the handle) is slotted 4 ways on the bottom so that it may straddle the protruding division line on the plate. The cup and the plate fit together like two puzzle pieces and keep the cup stable on the plate itself. The set is stamped "Jerywil" on the bottom and originally came inside a picnic basket by same maker. The picnic basket is long gone, but the plate set remains. This set would be great as intended . . . for picnics. It would also work for family gatherings in the backyard or a camping trip. Or better yet, how about a one on one tea party with your little one . . .don't forget to invite Mrs. Bunny Rabbit!
