"EMILIE" Dress
She'll want to twirl when she gets this sweet dress on. It features a blue, cotton bodice with gold organza ruffle and ruffly, plaid straps. The midsection has a vintage doily in the center and the bottom has swatches of fabric in various patterns and textures and includes some vintage chenille (green) and vintage doily pieces. There is a layer of fabric under the swatches so there's no need to wear tights or leggings.
