Description: Vintage 1960's cotton blouse with rainbow floral embroidery. Puff sleeves, tassels in the front, scoop stretch neckline. Tent, and loose feel. 100% cotton. Union made. Labeled size 36/ 16 (But please see measurements below).

Waist: 19.5 inches
Length: 23.5 inches

Will fit best a medium/ large. (Will look cute over sized on a small as well)

(Please note that all measurements were taken laying flat...so please double)
