Vintage blue cookbook from the 1950's. "The American Everyday Cookbook" by Agnes Murphy, Food Editor, New York Post. This is a highly collectible copy of a great American mid century cookbook. Second Printing, 1955 by Random House, New York USA.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this copy in such lovely near perfect condition! I honestly have paged through this book and have yet to find anything wrong with it; the pages have not even been dog eared! I've even made some of the recipes from within its pages. Every one turned out wonderfully! I think this would be a great addition to your cookbook collection.
Specifics:

-measures 9 & 1/4" x 6 & 1/4" x 1 & 1/4".
-over 2000 recipes
-over 2000 pages
-even has 100 calorie easy reference food guide!
-great chapters on canning, freezing, and pressure cooking
-too much to list!

A very comprehensive food guide, even for today's living.

Thanks for shopping at Wesley Asher! :)
