1940's Vintage Tilt Toy Hat with Cherries

This little cutie dates to the 40's. It is made in the darling toy or doll style popular at the time. It is made of straw. The tiny brim is adorned with checked taffeta ribbons and plastic cherries. The inside is partially lined with the same taffeta and has black lace at the back edge. Label: Consumers Protection Label.

SIZE: Tagged adjustable. The tiny crown is meant to perch on top of the head so will fit all sizes.

CONDITION: Very good. There is what looks like moth damage on some of the ribbons and the cherries are cracked. They might have been that way originally though. Please see pictures. You may also want to add an elastic band to help hold the hat on.
