This soap is packed full of oils, butters, and other ingredients, including goat milk, that help to maintain a stable lather, and will sooth your face as you are shaving. It's scented with a wonderful bay rum fragrance oil, which is skin safe and phthalate free. This soap was made by me, from scratch, using the cold process method. All the good glycerine is left in the soap during this process.
Ingredient listing -
Olive Oil, for its mildness and conditioning. Olive oil softens skin and attracts moisture.
Coconut Oil for its ability to produce bubbly lather, and to help harden the soap.
Cocoa Butter to help give it a sustained lather, and because cocoa butter exists just to sooth your skin.
Sweet Almond Oil, also to help with a robust lather, and for it's wonderful conditioning properties.
Wheat Germ Oil because it is so good to "mature" skin. Wheat germ oil is very rich in vitamin E making it a natural antioxidant. It nourishes dry and cracked skin, and helps to sooth such skin problems as eczema and psoriasis.
Castor Oil to help harden the soap, to help give it some bubbly lather, and to help give some slip to the razor.
Goat Milk to add creaminess to the soap, to add vitamins for your skin, Goat Milk reduces the PH level of soaps, and is rich in vitamin A and E. It is an excellent moisturizer! It may be helpful to some types of eczema.
Green Kaolin Clay to help give some slip to the razor.
Sugar for lather.
High quality, skin safe, phthalate free fragrance oil
Essential oil of Orange
Each bar is a hefty 5oz.
The edges of the bars are currently unbeveled, but if you would like them beveled, just drop a note in the customer comments when ordering.
