*What I'm Doing*
Last year, I took on an incredible challenge. I walked 60 miles over the course of 3 days and raised over $3,000 for the Susan G. Komen 3 Day for the Cure (aka: the breast cancer walk). All money raised by this event goes towards breast cancer research and breast health programs.
*The Pink Warrior Collection Inspiration*
The 3 Day uses the song Pink Warrior by Candy Coburn as their theme song. My warrior woman roots inspired me to use my love of the defensive art of chain maille (worn by warriors of the past) in the fight against breast cancer.
