this polar bear has picked up some manners along his way, and he claimed he did not like feeling so very naked, and could he have a bit of clothing please. however, he didn't want to be too warm. he has fur for that.
so i made him a little lace cape, with just the tiniest fringe of fur to keep the arctic chill off.
he was quite satisfied with the solution and offered a paw-shake of thanks.
this polar bear is about 7" x 4.5" { a respectable but not very fearsome size } and made from vintage fabrics and stuffed tightly with lambswool. he's entirely hand stitched, and prefers to be handled with care.
