Handmade Pitcher and Basin Set

This pitcher and basin set was thrown on my wheel and finished with an iron slip and a bath in rich white glaze. These sets were used in the bedroom for centuries for a light washing and would still be appropriate today for that use or for a decorative point of interest.
They could be split up and put to work in the kitchen for food service or the pitcher used as a vase for fresh cut flowers.
This set would make a very memorable wedding gift.

The pitcher measures 6.5" wide by almost 8" tall and holds almost two quarts.
The basin/bowl measures 11"wide by 2.5" tall.
