"Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue" is a traditional saying that has become a wedding custom for good luck for a bride.
And here we are:
- All the colourful brooches used are vintage which are old
- All the sparkling rhinestone brooches are new
- The name Nausicaa is borrowed from the Phaeacia's Princess who had saved the brave Odysseus from his shipwreck
-Lovely blue enamel flowers and blue rhinestone crayfish
Measures roughly 7-7.5" across (diameter)
Up for sale is a gorgeous brooches and sea shells nautical bouquet. Made of vintage and new enamel and rhinestone brooch, natural white seashell and natural white glass pearls. Cute old vintage red crab and blue rhinestone crayfish brooches
Backed with white crin and white russian netting. The handle is wrapped in striped navy blue grosgrain ribbon with the same ribbon streamers with red grosgrain accent.
Super sweet and romantic. Great for a water themed / beach/ cruise wedding or for a july 4th bride.
