This 5-ring binder cookbook is in good vintage condition, and has 400 pages. There is only a little light wear to the cover. There is light foxing (tiny brown spots) on a lot of the pages, which is common to certain types of paper as they age - these are not spill stains. The divider tabs have some wear. No odors, and the cookbook is in really great shape for its age.
