It buttons up the front with 10 funky translucent domed plastic buttons and has a wide pointy notched collar, diagonal darts at the bust and a single patch pocket on the left side of the bodice.
The original matching fabric belt is included; both of the sewn in loops are still attached but the one on the right side is hanging on by a thread. (Literally.)

This is marked a size 10. I generally wear a size 8 - 10 as far as dresses go and this is a bit snug on me. I'd estimate this to be on the smaller side of a medium; probably comparable to a modern size 6 - 8.
