My friend Janet brought a large bag of pears from her garden for a group of us to share. I love how many of them had random leaves attached, and painted these while I waited for them to ripen. The original is painted in acrylic on masonite.

(Care is taken in choosing an acid-free paper and archival-quality ink for greatest longevity and color fidelity. I want you all to enjoy these prints for a long time. In addition to these measures, I recommend keeping the prints out of prolonged direct sunlight, and using UV glass in your frame.)
