SIZE: Inside circumference is 22 inches.
CONDITION: Good. Has usual wear for a piece that is over 120 years old. The velvet has started to pull away from the straw towards the bottom of the hat and the wire is exposed (see inside picture). There is moderate wear to the velvet, the bow has come loose on one side and also shows moderate wear. The wedding certificate is also fragile, see photos.
