The base is hand knit of two colors of silk thread, resulting in a lovely random effect. Triple layers of silk taffeta emulate leaves and nestled in the leaves are a pair of birds, perched on driftwood branches. Lampwork glass beads add more color and texture. The clasp is a toggle formed of more driftwood and beads.
This one of a kind necklace measures 16" in length, the longest driftwood branch is 3" long.
