Have your own bit of Down Under magic with this bookmark pattern featuring a gum leaf and 3-d flower tassel.
Pattern is a digramatic presentation of the Rosy Ironbark pattern bookmark, with written hints and tips for shuttle tatters and a full colour photo. The pattern is provided as a PDF file, and includes three months help from the designer should you require it.
The pattern includes tips for both left and right handers, and has been test-tatted by the Queensland Tatters group to help insure accuaracy. (As always, any errors are mine, not theirs!)
Requirements for the project include crochet cotton thread of your choice, embriodery floss for the tassel, a shuttle and hook, and a bit of patience.
The last photo shows actual gum blossoms from the rosy ironbark with a one of a kind prop from FischersArtofWood. They would welcome enquires for their unique peices.
ALL PROFITS FROM THIS PATTERN ARE BEING DONATED TO QUEENSLAND PREMIERS FLOOD RELEIF FUND.
