The next in a series of LDS-focused quiet books! This quiet book puts a Latter-day Saint spin on counting. Each page features large-print numbers, 1 to 25, corresponding persons, places, facts, or events, and colorful pictures to illustrate. Numbers 1 through 12 are illustrated with objects for counting while numbers 13 through 25 feature larger related illustrations. Young children will be amused by the bright colors and easily-recognized numbers. Older children will find easy-to-understand highlights of basic facts --and also some that are less well-known (and will be safely distracted from teasing their brothers and sisters). Encouraging reverence during sacrament meeting has never been easier--and after all, reverence is more than just quietly sitting. Gospel Numbers will teach your children about the Gospel along with encouraging reverence.

The illustrations are also designed to promote child-parent discussion: for example, the pictures of Heber C. Kimball and Willard Richards under "2 counselors" gives a parent the opportunity to talk with the child about other sets of "2 counselors" that he or she knows, such as counselors to the bishop or branch president and the prophet's counselors, Pres. Eyring and Pres. Uchtdorf.

The book comes in a plastic album jacket, keeping the pages clean and safe from teary, grimy little fingers, sibling tugs-of-war, and roving little teeth.

The design and creation of the pages is backed by a bachelor's degree in Professional Writing and training in Adobe Creative Suite. The Gospel facts are backed by personal study of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, a Master's in early American history (with a focus on LDS history) and several semester's worth of teaching Church History at an LDS Institute.

This quiet book is also wonderful for keeping kids happy during a doctor's visit (or at least the wait), a long (or short) car ride, or any other occasion that children find dull and difficult to endure.
