This short sleeve top is so charming . A sweet scoop neck, piped in black, is highlighted by a dainty hand-stitched black frill, made of vintage jersey, which adorns the upper bodice panel. It is rimmed with white cotton bias at the neck and arms. This is an adorable top, in a perfect color, that can be worn again and again .
The embellishments have been made on a French apparel retailer tee shirt, sourced here in France. It is very soft and comfortable.
