This is a vintage magazine of crafts to make, including crochet, sewing, knitting, needlework, "bazaar" (small things to make for craft bazaars, such as toys and decorations), big wall decor, plus much miscellaneous from macrame to mosaic to leather tooling. I notice the influence from the moon landing (toy astronauts, needlepoint lunar lander, helmet-like crocheted hats). The era was certainly a great time for crafting...as is the current era! I'm sure there is something in this 1970 magazine to inspire many modern DIYers. Even the ads are fun and inspiring!
Condition: Good. The magazine shows wear, particularly its cover. By my count, three coupons were cut out of the magazine. The magazine was also mistakenly published with a handful of pages angled and partly cut off. I believe there still is much remaining to make the magazine worthwhile.
Size: Large format, 13" x 10 3/8"
